Psoriasis
Psoriasis (psoriasis vulgaris) is an inflammatory skin disease that can occur acutely or chronically and shows familial clustering. The causes lie in a complex interplay of various genetic factors. The disease typically progresses in flares that can be triggered or worsened by additional trigger factors such as external stimuli (e.g., injuries, UV radiation) or internal influences (e.g., infections, stress, certain medications).

- Systemic steroids: Effective short-term
